Vortexpool is a vortex simulator created for MoMath, the National Museum of Mathematics, during their annual hackathon. The project came in second place. Try in the browser to create and remove vortices with a click.
The hackathon challenges participants to build interactive exhibits using MoMath’s SDKs, including one that controls a giant floor touch screen. Vortexpool simulates a swirling vortex for each person detected on the floor, offering a playful and engaging experience—just follow the link to try it out (best on desktop, as mobile performance may vary)!
